About the Role:

As a Dietary Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of patient satisfaction, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control

• Manage a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction

• Develop and implement menus and meal plans that meet the dietary needs of patients with various conditions and restrictions

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure food safety and quality standards are met

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care

• Develop and manage department budgets and inventory control

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and prioritize tasks accordingly
