What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead engaging daily activity programs for residents
• Coordinate events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
• Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
• Maintain activity calendars and documentation
• Create a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels involved

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred
• Strong creativity and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, upbeat, and resident-focused personality
• Ability to lead both group and one‑on‑one activities
