Major Account Development Manager

Focusing on business development, the full-time Major Account Development Manager will sell a comprehensive suite of strategic products and services to mid-market and enterprise customers, aiming to increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and drive new logo acquisition while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' businesses to identify and implement tailored solutions Document and manage multi-faceted account plans and growth strategies to achieve sales growth objectives Manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasts and attainment of quotas Required qualifications College degree or equivalent with 8+ years of field sales experience related to the role Proven track record in enterprise-level sales and strategic account management Experience in consultative sales, particularly with medium and large businesses Strong skills in building account plans and conducting customer business reviews Proficiency in MS Office and experience with cloud-based communications and data solutions
