Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper / Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment at an industrial manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, break areas, common areas, and other designated areas throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean workplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
Dust and wipe down desks, tables, counters, and other surfaces
Empty trash and replace trash liners
Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches
Keep break rooms and kitchen areas clean and sanitary
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and designated facility areas
Report any maintenance, safety, or cleaning supply issues to management
Follow proper procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
Maintain a professional and safe work environment
Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, commercial cleaning, or similar experience preferred
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good attention to detail
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Ability to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and trash
Must follow safety procedures and instructions
Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment

Part-Time Hours: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Pay: $16.00/hour
