Key Responsibilities\nYour day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs, strengths, and treatment goals of each client. \n
- Developing and executing customized evidence-based treatment plans—initiating interventions grounded in best practices and ensuring they are adapted to each client's changing circumstances. \n
- Facilitating ongoing individual therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. \n
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers through regular consultations to provide holistic, integrated care plans that enhance treatment efficacy. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, efficiently utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information. \n
- Participating in regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and training workshops to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of current practices in mental health. \n
- Engaging in community outreach activities to increase awareness of mental health resources and promote accessible services. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that reflects the vibrant community in Seattle. Your clients may range from individuals facing acute mental health challenges to those seeking assistance for life adjustments. You will be dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming space that encourages openness and trust, essential for effective therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, you must possess:

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW. \n
- A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience providing therapy in mental health or behavioral health settings. \n
- Demonstrable proficiency in conducting client assessments, crafting individualized treatment plans, and employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n
- A steadfast commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical practice. \n
While not required, candidates with experience in group therapy or specific therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy) will have an advantage. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is also beneficial, given our remote work environment.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
