connections.Conduct cable pulling, wire runs, and conduit bending to support complete electrical and low voltage installations.Communicate effectively with field personnel and office staff to coordinate schedules, project needs, and updates.Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times and adhere to all site safety protocols and best practices.Drive to various job sites, typically within approximately 1–1.5 hours of the Lehigh Valley area, sometimes visiting multiple sites in a single day.Use and maintain personal hand tools and cordless power tools required for daily electrical and low voltage tasks.Participate in interviews and evaluations as part of a six-month contract-to-hire period designed to assess mutual fit.Essential Skills:At least 3 years of experience running a crew locations up to approximately an hour or more away.Ability to pass any necessary pre-screenings that may be required for specific projects. Why Work Here? You join a stable, well-established electrical contractor with a strong reputation and a steady flow of work driven by referrals rather than advertising. The six-month contract-to-hire structure is designed to ensure a mutual long-term fit, with an emphasis on honesty about strengths and areas for development. Once hired, you receive robust benefits from day one, including substantial employer contributions toward medical insurance, fully covered dental and vision, a 401(k) with company match, and a progressive PTO plan that grows with your tenure. The culture values reliability, safety, and teamwork, and offers flexibility through a three-strike approach to reassignments if a particular crew or foreman is not the right fit.Work Environment:Work takes place in both commercial and residential settings, including office fit-outs, renovations, new construction sites, and service environments. You typically work Monday through Friday from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed; start and end times may vary depending on the job site. Job sites are generally within about 1–1.5 hours of the Lehigh Valley region, with some projects as far as Scranton and the outskirts of Philadelphia, and you may visit multiple sites in a single day. The environment is field-based and hands-on, involving tasks such as conduit bending, trenching, cable pulling, panel wiring, and installation of low voltage and electrical systems. You must dress for the weather and be presentable on site, wearing appropriate PPE including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, safety glasses, gloves, and steel or plastic tip boots.
