Job Description

• Oversee daily medical operations within the facility
• Provide direct patient care as needed while guiding clinical workflow
• Collaborate with custody staff and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with state and company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
• Coordinate sick calls, medication administration, and treatment plans
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact at the site

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
