The Opportunity

• Up to $150k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Providers may support affiliated surgery centers.
• Compensation: $550k - $660k

The Practice

Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital – Grass Valley, California

• 104-bed facility and Stroke Center.
• Three (3) ORs including low volume OB program.
• Annual volume of over 30,000 for the hospital; over 2,000 surgical cases per year.
• Bread and butter surgical cases with OB/GYN, general surgery, ortho, podiatry, and GI.
• No trauma, peds, or neurosurgery.
• Very collegial environment; Leap Frog A rating three years in a row; Top Rural Hospital two years in a row.
