This role is critical in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Construction Team Create and manage project files, contracts, and documentation Track job progress, schedules, and deadlines Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents Assist with job costing, billing support, and purchase orders Gather and process payroll timesheets Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date Support compliance with company and customer requirements Qualifications 2+ years administrative experience (construction experience preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with construction or service software (Vista, MSI, or similar) is a plus Strong communication skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
