What We’re Looking For:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Proven experience working in school environments
• Availability for onsite work, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, following the school schedule
• Comfort working independently—district is unable to support Clinical Fellows
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with education teams and engaging with diverse student needs
• Flexibility and dedication across two elementary campuses
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide onsite speech and language therapy for students, supporting their academic and personal growth
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain progress records
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Implement evidence-based strategies and individual or group interventions
• Communicate progress and recommendations with compassion and clarity
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
