• Submission requirements: Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at this organization within the last year should be redirected as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year prior, their eligibility for rehire must be confirmed by providing their name and date of birth to the designated contact.
