Immediate need for a talented Call Center Representative (CSR) . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; or Tampa, FL (Remote) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID:26-31804 Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Utilize Citrix and other tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Participate in a comprehensive 5–7 week training program, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:45 PM EST .
- Maintain flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST , Monday–Friday.
- Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the CSR assessment to qualify for the role.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 1+ year of call center experience.
- Ability to pass the CSR assessment with a score of at least 80% .
- Availability for the entire training period with no scheduled time off.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with Citrix or similar customer service tools.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
- Note- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; or Tampa, FL
