RN - OP Infusion Pharmacy

Position Summary Oversees and coordinates care for the Infusion Pharmacy specialty area for an assigned caseload. Facilitates appropriate care, assists patients and families in finding and negotiating that care, and facilitates appropriate utilization of resources for efficient patient progression through the continuum of health care, resulting in highest quality and cost‑effective care. Employment Details Employment Type: Part time & Shift: Day Shift & Location: Trinity Health campus, Grand Rapids, Michigan (Cathedral Square) and Trinity Health campus, Hudsonville, Michigan. This is a PRN role.
