Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our Clients team. As an X-Ray Technologist, you will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of the human body for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with their team of radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography
- New York State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- 2+ years of experience in X-ray technology, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Strong understanding of radiographic techniques and patient positioning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital radiography and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience working in a multi-modality imaging environment
