Full Time Aitkin, MN, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1120 Salary Range: $19.29 To $23.34 Hourly About the Position: The Financial Services Representative serves as a primary resource for patients, providers, nursing staff, and other departments regarding patient financial services, insurance requirements, account resolution, and payment arrangements. This position is responsible for facilitating financial counseling, financial assistance, insurance notifications, complaint resolution, and revenue cycle support while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with organizational policies and payer requirements. What we are looking for: Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service, insurance, registration, billing, collections, or healthcare financial experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of healthcare insurance, patient billing, and payment arrangements preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.
