IT Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small internal IT team, including help desk staff and technical support Oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of company networks, systems, and security tools, including Meraki, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure Implement and manage security tools, protocols, and best practices Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely, efficient support for all end‑users Manage technology vendors, service providers, SaaS platforms, and equipment suppliers Coordinate, collaborate, and execute strategic technical initiatives Oversee technology onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, equipment deployment, and security‑compliant deactivation Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, licenses, configurations, and disaster recovery processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency and security Qualifications 15–20 years of progressive IT experience in a corporate or similarly structured organization Proven ability to collaborate and function effectively as part of a team Compensation Medical and dental insurance 401(k) Student loan reimbursement and/or tuition reimbursement Vehicle stipend, toll reimbursement, gas card Yearly bonus About Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc.
