Real Estate Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice in Denver. This position supports attorneys through every stage of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence through closing. REWARDS 401(k) Retirement Plan Life & AD&D Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program Opportunity to work with one of the nation's premier real estate legal teams on sophisticated commercial transactions REQUIRMENTS Minimum 5 years of Real Estate Paralegal experience Paralegal Certificate required (related degree preferred) Ability to independently review title, survey, and zoning (T/S/Z) documents Experience drafting title and survey objection letters Experience coordinating transactions from due diligence through closing Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, Kofax, and related legal software Ability to meet a 1,600 annual billable hour requirement Must be available to work onsite five days per week RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and supporting documents Draft title and survey objection letters for attorney review Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title and survey issues Analyze zoning reports and assist with resolving outstanding issues Prepare and review real estate conveyance and closing documents Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, debt and equity transactions, including closing checklists and signature packages Prepare closing books and manage recording requirements Draft and file UCC financing statements and formation documents Order and evaluate UCC, lien, litigation, and related searches Draft leases, purchase agreements, easements, deeds, and other real estate documents Conduct legal research and prepare reports as needed Communicate with clients, title companies, surveyors, and outside parties throughout transactions Organize, analyze, and summarize legal documents Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accurate billable time records Utilize Microsoft Office, iManage, Kofax, Orbital, and other legal software platforms Work 100% onsite Monday through Friday Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
