Senior Bridge Engineer

HDR is hiring a Senior Bridge Engineer for our Alabama/Mississippi Structures Group. The position can be located in our Flowood, MS, office. Primary responsibilities include serving in a lead technical role on bridge design projects, performing complex structural planning, analysis and design for all structural aspects of transportation projects, and supervising more junior engineers in the performance of engineering tasks. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in structural engineering. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years bridge design experience, and a professional engineer (PE) license. Additional requirements include familiarity with various engineering software packages and strong communication skills.
