Local Team Collaboration: We take pride in our well‑established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator. Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups. Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports. Qualifications: Board‑certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. We provide in‑house licensing, and credentialing support. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Full‑time Day time Rounder will work 7 days/on‑7 days/off. This is a 12‑hour shift, 7am-7pm. Key Responsibilities: Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with on‑call intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes. Average census of around 19 but can fluctuate due to location. Will manage rapids for your patients. EPIC is our EMR. Full‑time is 182.5 shifts a year. Additionally, you will be eligible for up to $20K in the RVU bonus and $20K in the Quality bonus (annual). Full Benefits to include 401K and CME allowance.
