Hiring: Member of Technical Staff (MTS)
San Francisco, CA
Looking for an exceptional engineer to lead red-teaming and evaluation of frontier AI agents.
You'll:
- Own AI agent assessments end-to-end: scoping, testing, remediation, and certification
- Build and improve the infrastructure powering red-team evaluations
- Develop and productize novel adversarial attacks
- Define quality standards for AI evaluations
- Create AI-native workflows and internal tools
- Help establish how emerging agent categories are evaluated
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong backend engineering skills and writes production-grade code
- Enjoys working with complex AI systems and agent workflows
- Can translate technical tradeoffs to security and executive stakeholders
- Moves quickly with a high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset
- Is AI-native in how they work and build
- Has strong CS/engineering fundamentals
- Communicates clearly and concisely on technical topics
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
Bonus points for startup, security, or AI agent experience.
