Required Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience .
Banking, financial services, credit union, or other financial-services experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active-listening skills.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while communicating with customers.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications .
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive customer information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
