• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm -- call every night 5 pm - 8 am
• 20 patients per day -- 2 to 3 admits/discharges daily
• Inpatient rehabilitation setting
• No procedures required -- adult patients only
• PMR serves as full attending -- all IM, team conferences, and med reconciliation
• No on-site IM on weekends -- consult only
• Vacation coverage
