Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and returning. This role is all about providing exceptional support and ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible. Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/text. Take orders, answer questions, and help customers with their needs. Engage with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Manage customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third‑party applications. Track returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics. Expectations Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Tech‑savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools. Friendly and outgoing, engaging with people and improving their day. Skills - Strong verbal and written language skills. - Basic math skills for handling orders and inquiries. - Reasoning ability to apply common sense to straightforward problems. - Comfortable with database and internet software, word processing tools, and multitasking. Physical Demands This role involves sitting for long periods, using hands, and frequent communication. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds; less frequently up to 25 pounds.
