Non-Licensed Position Century Middle School Attendance Clerk/AV/Copy Clerk
6.50 hours per day 174 days per year Start Date 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Position Description: This position is responsible for all attendance procedures in the building and works directly and indirectly with students, staff and parents. This position also supports the staff and administration with all copying needs, in the proper use and maintenance of all A/V equipment, supports Auditorium needs, and offers clerical support to school administration.
Position Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- PC computer knowledge.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and be proficient with the following programs: excel; word; and powerpoint. G-Suite experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, noisy environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication, proofreading and organizational skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience with general clerical duties and recordkeeping tasks preferred.
Per the 203-2025 LEAF Contract: Position classified A-1-2; $17.35 - $21.13 per hour
