Pay: $19.46–$21.74/hour

• +$1.50/hour weekend differential
• Full-time, consistent day shift

Schedule: 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassion for serving older adults
• Dependable, caring, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
