Hiring Production Workers in Everett, WA – Make Up to $2,000/Week!

Pay: $21/hr + Weekly Pay

Overtime Rate: $31.50/hr

Duration: 6–8 Week Project

Location: Everett, WA

Job Summary

We are hiring Production Workers to operate mail inserter equipment in a busy mailroom environment. No manufacturing or production experience is required, making this a great opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience and earn significant overtime pay.

Responsibilities

• Load envelopes into mail inserter machines
• Monitor print quality and machine performance
• Clear paper jams and minor machine issues
• Offload and organize completed ballot packets
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the mailing process
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• 7 days per week required, including weekends
• Day Shift: Start times between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Night Shift: Start times between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
