Registered Nurse Med Surg PCU

Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg PCU team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with acute and complex conditions, closely monitoring vital signs, telemetry, and responses to treatment. You will administer medications, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, assist with procedures, and ensure safe transitions of care. RNs also educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, precept new staff, and actively support our mission-driven, compassionate, and team-focused environment.
