About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of profitable growth. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic and operational financial guidance. This includes managing the FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams to deliver business insights, and financial analysis, and to ensure disciplined budgeting and accurate forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of financial discipline, supporting high growth, and profitability, and will be expected to partner with other departments to ensure their success. The role demands a passionate leader with a strong reputation as a communicator, who can lead the company towards sustainable growth and profitability. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will possess a systems thinking approach, an investor's mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong focus on customer needs and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty. While M&A experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. The CFO will be expected to lead by example, balancing high growth with financial discipline, and promoting a culture of intelligent, calculated risk-taking. The role is critical in shaping the workplace culture in line with the company's values and requires a leader who can champion the organization in the market.
