Position Overview
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will deliver specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You'll use advanced telemetry equipment to track vital signs and heart rhythms, quickly identifying and responding to changes in patient conditions. Your expertise in managing cardiac and medical needs will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and recovery in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using advanced telemetry equipment, promptly responding to changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health, medications, and discharge instructions to support long-term health management
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in compliance with facility protocols
