Job Details Schedule: M-F 0800-1630 Location: Ponca City, OK Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension) Pay Range: $52/hr- $56/hr *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive admission assessments and OASIS evaluations for home health patients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, physician orders, and clinical findings. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, pain management, and functional independence. Treat post-operative orthopedic patients and other individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
