About this opportunityEricsson is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to join our ERP delivery and operations organization. In this role, you will combine solution ownership with technical leadership — designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving our D365 F&O platform and its surrounding enterprise ecosystem. You will translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, enterprise architects, and external partners across the full solution lifecycle.What you will do:Design and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for D365 Finance and OperationsLead solution design workshops and translate business and technical requirements into architecture decisions and implementation plansDefine solution architectures spanning D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Order ManagementArchitect and govern integrations between D365 and enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middlewareEstablish and enforce architecture principles, development standards, security practices, and governance processesLead design reviews, code reviews, architecture reviews, and deployment planning for ERP initiativesDefine and maintain the D365 environment strategy, Application Lifecycle Management approach, and DevOps practicesGuide data migration, master data, data quality, and data management strategiesMonitor and improve solution performance, scalability, resiliency, and user experienceSupport the growth of developers, technical analysts, and consultants through coaching and knowledge sharingEvaluate Microsoft product roadmaps and emerging technologies to identify modernization opportunitiesThe skills you bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered7+ years in enterprise ERP solutions, with at least 5 years focused on D365 Finance and OperationsDemonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ERP architectures and leading complex implementationsExperience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, APIs, or comparable middleware technologiesStrong understanding of ERP business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturingExperience with Azure DevOps, source control, automated testing, and release managementDeep understanding of ERP security models, role-based access control, and compliance governanceStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid enterprise delivery environmentsPreferred: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert; experience with Power Platform, Azure cloud architecture, or global multi-entity ERP implementationsAI is becoming core to how we build and deliver at Ericsson.
