The Practice Operations Manager serves as the operational heartbeat of Galt Dermatology. About the Role: Operations Leadership Oversee all day-to-day practice operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient workflow. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement standard operating procedures as the practice grows. Serve as the primary point person for operational problem-solving across the practice. Coach staff on effective patient communication and service excellence. Marketing & Community Engagement Partner with leadership to execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and patient acquisition. Oversee the practice's social media presence, ensuring content aligns with Galt Dermatology's brand and mission. Coordinate community outreach events, partnerships, and patient engagement campaigns. Monitor marketing performance and recommend new growth opportunities. Manage staff schedules, inventory, vendor relationships, and office resources. Monitor budgets, productivity, revenue goals, and operational metrics. Ability to read and breakdown the PNL (revenues, costs and expenses). Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations. Requirements: We're looking for someone who is a true "Swiss Army knife"—someone who enjoys jumping in wherever needed, takes ownership without being asked, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. 10+ years in a patient and customer-centric administrative, practice manager, or operations role in a medical office or concierge medicine,. Role is located onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Confidence in using an EMR (Jane.app) Highly detailed-oriented and process-driven. Excellent verbal and written communication. A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Social, energetic, and confident interacting with patients and staff. Comfortable leading employees while also rolling up their sleeves to solve problems.
