Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Human Resources team with recruiting initiatives, candidate engagement, and day-to-day talent acquisition activities. This internship provides hands‑on experience throughout the recruitment process, offering exposure to sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employer branding, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Assist with posting job openings across various recruiting platforms. Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open positions. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Support candidate sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and other recruiting channels. Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials and ensuring required documentation is completed. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including filing, data entry, and special projects. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Performance Indicators Interview Scheduling – Schedule 95% of interviews within 1 business day of receiving candidate and hiring manager availability. Communication – Respond to candidate, agency and manager emails within 1 business day. Candidate Sourcing – Source 10‑20 qualified candidates per week (or as assigned based on recruiting needs). Onboarding Preparation – Prepare 100% of onboarding packets prior to each new hire’s start date. Administrative Tasks – Complete assigned administrative tasks by the requested due date 95% of the time. Attendance & Reliability – Maintain 95% or greater attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Initiative – Complete at least one process improvement or recruiting project during the internship. Qualifications Actively enrolled in an accredited four‑year degree program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Professional, dependable, and eager to learn. Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and Human Resources. Requires a minimum of 20 hours per week onsite (schedule may be adjusted to accommodate class schedules). Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Benefits 10 paid holidays. 0 hours paid time off annually.
