Facilities Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianCommon Man Roadside is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurants and general stores.Come work for a great New Hampshire company with 8 locations across the state, and more to come!Pay rate: $27-$30/hr, depending on experience.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required.Position Responsibilities:Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each taskRespond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needsGasoline island repairs (training provided)Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attachedMitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented cultureSnow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkwaysPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills / Abilities:Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairExperience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigerationAbility to work independentlyMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to read and write repair ordersAbility to provide positive customer service experienceInterpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers.Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlookedPhysical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the buildingCommon Man Roadside offers UnCommon Perks and Benefits!Flexible hours and schedules, full-time or part-timeFree meals every shift!Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and Paid Time Off401(k) with company match.
