Flexible Per Diem Schedule Competitive Pay: $55–$65/hour DOE Supportive Team Environment New Graduate Friendly Opportunity to Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day Collaborative Skilled Nursing & Rehab SettingWhat You’ll DoAs a Staff Occupational Therapist, you will:Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plansHelp residents improve mobility, strength, balance, ADLs, and independenceCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary teamSupervise COTAs, aides, and studentsParticipate in care conferences and rehab meetingsEducate residents and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, adaptive equipment, and home programsRecommend assistive devices and adaptive equipmentMaintain timely and compliant documentationProvide staff education and in-servicesSupport quality improvement and restorative nursing programsQualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in California Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required New Grads encourage to apply!
