Summary:

The Associate Director, Energy Service Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic management and operational efficiency of energy services within the organization. This leadership role involves optimizing energy systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainability initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies for efficient energy service operations.

· Oversee energy infrastructure, including sourcing, distribution, and optimized usage.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.

· Manage vendor relationships and negotiate energy procurement contracts.

· Analyze energy consumption data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on energy-related projects.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to the energy operations team.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in energy service operations or related roles.

· Strong knowledge of energy systems, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.

· Proficiency in energy management software and data analysis tools.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
