Centerstone is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to collaborate with teachers to foster trauma-informed classrooms and support students at risk for emotional/behavioral disorders or substance use issues. The role includes delivering trainings, facilitating school-family communication, supporting IEP processes, and coordinating with families to create individualized plans and crisis pathways within Centerstone's youth services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Centerstone
