Roofing Sales Representative

CentiMark Corporation is hiring a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative in the greater Pasco area. This is a mid-level field sales professional responsible for generating leads, evaluating commercial properties, and securing roof replacement, maintenance, or repair contracts from business owners and property managers. The role bridges standard customer service and technical B2B construction sales, working under the guidance of senior sales representatives. Job Summary The Junior Commercial Roofing Sales Rep focuses heavily on the front end of the sales pipeline. They identify potential business clients, conduct physical roof inspections, and guide property decision-makers through the estimation and closing process. This position requires a mix of fieldwork, cold outreach, and customer relationship management.
