Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Post Anesthetic Care for a travel assignment in Eau Claire, WI. This role involves working within an acute care setting, covering phases 1 and 2 of post-operative recovery. It is a dynamic and patient-focused environment where nurses play a pivotal role in recovery from surgery.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Care for patients recovering from anesthesia in phases 1 and 2
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1/2 in phase 1 and 1:3/4 in phase 2
• Float to outpatient surgery centers as needed for endoscopy, orthopedic, and pain clinic cases
• Provide care for ICU patients in PACU
• Participate in rotating holiday and call requirements

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Valid RN license
• 1+ years of recent PACU experience
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
