Build and nurture long-term partnerships with business owners and residents across Waterbury. Analyze sales trends and operational data to refine our approach and stay ahead of local industry shifts. Requirements Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License. Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of growth. Leadership or mentorship experience in a professional setting. Deep knowledge of local market dynamics in the Waterbury area. Proficiency in managing agency operations and performance metrics. Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the community.
