Production Supervisor

Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading team members in accomplishing plant-specific objectives. You will train and coach team members, lead continuous improvement projects, and foster cooperation between departments. You will also accomplish plant results by developing flexible production plans, managing personnel workflow, and adhering to FSQA initiatives.
