Dispensary Sales Associate

Position Overview Reporting to the Management team, Sales Associates serve as a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador within and outside the store to ensure the Company’s success in the recreational cannabis market. The role focuses on imparting cannabis knowledge, building authentic customer relationships, and contributing to a positive working environment. Compensation: $20.50/hour + tips (part‑time). Requirements Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment. Exceed expectations by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Company’s mission. Promote an environment focused on positive and healthy interactions aligned with the Company’s core values. Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs, preferences, budgets, and strain reactions. Demonstrate extensive cannabis knowledge and curate experiences beyond expectations. Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships and exceeding expectations. Drive customer visit goals and increase returning customers while achieving sales goals and business metrics. Pick and pack orders efficiently. Accurately handle cash transactions using the point‑of‑sale system, maintaining a precise register. Seek opportunities to improve business results daily. Adhere to all company training, operational standards, procedures, and policies. Maintain knowledge of company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures. Abide by all company policies and programs. Comply with all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Preference for candidates with open availability. Able to work all required hours without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign specific days based on needs. Physical Demands The role requires the following physical tasks: Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
