In this role, you'll be a vital part of our laboratory, directly interacting with patients to collect specimens with accuracy and care. Your ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service is essential in our busy setting. Your Responsibilities Will Include Perform venipuncture on patients with precision and care. Collect urine samples according to established protocols. Conduct drug screens accurately. Efficiently enter patient information into our computer system. Ensure the safe and proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all patient interactions. Perform various administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying. Adhere to all patient and staff safety policies and procedures. What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalency. Graduation from an accredited Phlebotomy program. Previous experience with electronic health records. 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory, medical office, or hospital setting (preferred). Comfort working in a high‑energy, high‑volume environment. Strong venipuncture skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
