Key Responsibilities Develop and implement market strategies and business development initiatives. Manage client interactions and project proposals. Lead project execution, ensuring quality and compliance. Develop innovative thermal utility design solutions. Support team development and operational leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, design, or consulting related to thermal utility systems. Proven ability to oversee project phases from planning to operation. Strong communication, relationship-building, and technical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in operational leadership and team development. Knowledge of business finances and various delivery methods. Professional engineering licenses and a broad industry network. Additional Details Salary Range: $140,800 - $190,000 per year, based on skills and experience. Positions are available in office-based, remote, or hybrid formats.
