Exciting opportunities are available for licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) seeking contract positions covering maternity leaves in multiple Houston-area campuses. Anticipated needs begin as early as January 2027 and extend through the end of the year. Assignments will be on-site at elementary and middle school campuses throughout the region. Due to the size of the district and local traffic patterns, candidates must confirm their commute and location suitability—commutes over 30 miles are rarely feasible.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA license required at the time of submission (screenshot to be provided)
• Demonstrated school-based experience as an SLPA (experience details required)
• Ability to work fully on-site at assigned campus locations
• Reliable transportation and a confirmed, reasonable daily commute to all designated campuses
• Comfortable discussing logistics, locations, and assignment details before submittal

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Document therapy sessions and progress according to school and legal requirements
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary educational teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Adapt to varying caseloads and campus environments based on assignment
