Computer Support Technician

DDC IT Services is seeking a Computer Support Technician to join the Wright Patterson Air Force Base team. In this role, you will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting Air Force personnel with computer hardware, software, network and server issues. Location: Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH Responsibilities Provide hardware and software support to end users (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices) Install, update, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, desktop applications and device drivers Diagnose and repair hardware problems, perform system upgrades and data security management Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and internet connectivity Support CAC deployment, PKI certificates, and Active Directory tasks Provide remote support and document solutions Collaborate with Service Technicians and other IT staff to resolve Level2 and Level3 incidents Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ months of relevant experience preferred Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one One of the following LevelII certifications: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP Experience with Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills Support Levels The role includes Level1, Level2, and Level3 responsibilities. Level1 focuses on initial customer contact and issue resolution. Level2 involves detailed troubleshooting and remote resolution.
