Job Details Job Location: Brunswick, GA 31520 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Professional Services Mayvin is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Training Division (TD). The Training Coordinator handles a variety of very important administrative tasks for the National Training Academy (NTA) instructors, supporting training operations through organizing materials, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a Tier 2 Public Trust Background Investigation. Responsibilities Create classes in USMS Learning Management System (LMS) Manage and maintain name tents, documentation and administrative paperwork, associated with classes Oversee and manage information packets Update and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy Create travel memos Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum One (1) year of experience with the above tasks Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees as well as outside sources Excellent attention to detail Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements Preferred Qualifications Previous government training experience About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
