As a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Supervisor at Browns Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients. We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional to lead our team of nurses and provide outstanding care to our residents. RN Unit Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

• Develop and implement effective care plans and treatment strategies, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including state and federal guidelines

• Lead and mentor nursing staff , promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and open communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals , including therapists, physicians, and other team members, to provide comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
