The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.Core Job DutiesProcessing harvest flower material by hand and with the assistance of trimming and sorting machineDemonstrate a working knowledge and operation of trimming and sorting machinePartner closely with sorting team to ensure smooth transition of product and maximize efficienciesGrating and sorting processed materialWeighing and logging materialCollecting samples and performing tests to ensure qualityEnsure machine is cleaned and sanitized between each run and end of shift; maintain a sanitary work environmentSafely transport products from workspace to storage areaEnsure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and complianceContribute to different functions across the operation, ensuring flexibility in supporting changing demands.Required Experience, Education and SkillsCandidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedureAbility to measure, package and label in a precise mannerEffective time-management skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing, loud and challenging environmentRequires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.Pay Range$18.75 - $18.75 USDBenefitsCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
