This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. The purpose is to drive successful project outcomes that support Alfa Laval’s business objectives and continuous improvement.This is a hybrid position located in Broken Arrow, OK.Responsibilities include:Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks.Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Lead project kick-off and regular status meetings.Track progress and report on project milestones.Coordinate tasks across engineering, supply chain, and other teams.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.Oversee project delivery, installation, and handover to the customer.Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.At Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences. What you know:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5 or more years of capital equipment project management experience, and: Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification preferred.Demonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.Strong oral and written communications skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.Physical and Environmental Factors:Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor.Shop floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).Shop floor: Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.Shop floor: The noise level in the work environment is often loud.We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
